110 Octane Fuel

Anyone know of local places that may sell it?

I'm in Howell.

WildBillyT 08-17-2015 01:50 PM

Got any powersports places nearby? Quads/dirt bikes?

I know the ones up near me carry VP fuel.

LTb1ow 08-17-2015 02:00 PM

Err, sorry, meant GT100, which apparently the Sunoco down the road on 9 carries....

Dudbird113 08-17-2015 04:44 PM

For what?

LTb1ow 08-17-2015 05:02 PM

A internal combustion motor?

LTb1ow 08-17-2015 09:27 PM

Update, the sunoco on Rt 9 in lakewood, and the one in mantoloking do not have 100 octane pumps. The one on 88 in point beach area, does have 100 pump but I got a mixed answer of they were out of gas and the pump wasn't working.

Le ****.

Sunoco rt18 in East Brunswick has 100 octane pump

LTb1ow 08-18-2015 10:43 AM

Any idea on pricing? New Egypt has 110 at $8.50 a gal

havent been there in a while but i can check this week for you.

LTb1ow 08-18-2015 10:46 AM

That would be good, drive is a lil long but if they def have 100 for cheaper than 110 I would prob venture up.

redsoxsstink 08-18-2015 11:00 AM

Sunocos website also said that the Sunoco in brick has 100

2081 Route 88 East, Brick, NJ 08724 US

LTb1ow 08-18-2015 12:46 PM

And they do not, drove out there last night.

Called the new brunswick place and they have it at $9 a gal, orrrr I run 100ll at $5 a gal... decisions decisions.

I'm pretty sure Sunoco did away with their higher octane sometime last year, even the smaller local places in Northern New Jersey gave up on it. Any motorcycle/dirtbike shop should have the VP cans in 100+ octane.

Injectors and pump too small for such fuel.
