ideas needed to run lt1 style air intake plumbing on ls motor

Ok guys i need some ideas to run "lt1" style air intake plumbing on a ls1 motor. I assentuialy want to get rid of the air intake box and run a 90* bellow into my maf sensor then plumb out to the driver fender for a intake filter. Any ideas guys?

Damn, I owe you a photo of what I did. I'll get it for you by the weekend. If you use the LT1 intake, you need to relocate the fuse box since it's right in the way of the hole.

Damn thats alittle depressing, was it easy to do?

Plan is as follows for this build: switch to lt1 style cai, then mid summer have the lt1 ss hood, fender, and front bumber put on. Also welding lt1 hood bump brackets. Then late next winter pulling motor, trans and rear. Painting engine bay, and under side of the car. Then i will be putting in a new rear, bmr suspension, new trans and procharged 427. Then have the entire car repainted.
