Thanks joe, so you have no rear sway bar and just using a bag?

MDSheds_SS 10-07-2017 07:53 PM

Started with just a bag in the RR.
Everyone told me i needed to get a drag bar and subframe connectors so i went and spend the money on the best bar. Made adjustments all day at a rental and I couldn't get my 60s even close to where they were. Took the bar off and now I just use the airbag. We have the same setup in the SS with a 10 bolt and works just as good.
Only thing I found the bar works good for is driving it on the street. With the car being lowered and the tires so close to the fenders it doesn't allow the car to roll over and hit tire while turning into a driveway or while turning at higher speeds.

Also had issues with the bar shifting over in the bushings after every pass. I bought split ring collars and clamped them to the bar, that fixed that issue but still didn't come out the way it was.

Just curious, do you have a pic of the rear of the car with 75lbs in the drag bag?

MDSheds_SS 10-20-2017 06:21 AM

I don't, I will get one this weekend and post it up. Maybe even get a video.
