great show, huge mix of cars, good cause

enRo 04-04-2010 06:57 PM

I plan on making a cameo appearance.

CHRIS67 04-09-2010 06:41 AM

Mark and I should be there early, gates open to cars at 7:30 AM then to the public at 9. There are usually 400+ cars there and yes they do turn show cars away once they run out of parking.

Scott - Besides checking out all the cars there is not much for the kids to do in the way of activities, but they have ice cram from Cliff's Dairy .

Never been to the show, but I may make it this year. What type of judging do they have? Is it all popular vote?

Yes, it's all by popular vote.

CHRIS67 04-13-2010 06:46 AM

Mark won second place last year in the camaro division. :w00t: Hope to at least give you a little heat this year.

They are calling for partly sunny and 72 degrees on Sunday. So lets get a final show of hands so I can see how many parking spaces to reserve.

edpontiac91 05-24-2010 08:56 AM

If the weather forecast holds out I'll be there.

BonzoHansen 05-24-2010 11:41 AM

Chris, I'll let you know later int he week. The car is not on the ground at the moment.

Anti_Rice_Guy 05-24-2010 01:31 PM

I will be there, horrible front bumper and all. [edit] to clarify, it was not in accident or anything, just referring to the spiderwebbing fiberglass all too common on these cars

No, it's shoes are out to the cleaners & is getting the annual spring mechanical review, so she rests on jackstands.

Problem is I have to be at the little league field every night this week. Literally tonight through Saturday afternoon.
