Trans am bumper

Wats up guys, anyone ever seen a 4th gen ta bumper where the exhaust cutouts are filled in? Thinking pf dumping them

deadtrend1 01-24-2013 04:22 PM

Maybe find a Firebird bumper the same color and put it on

maroman88 01-24-2013 04:25 PM

that would prob look like a horrible aftermarket ricer bumper

deadtrend1 01-24-2013 04:57 PM

where does your exhaust exit now that you are "deleting" the cutouts? dumps I guess?

"Thinking of dumping them"...I would probably guess that's what he is doing and wondering what those spots would look like filled

Mike 01-24-2013 06:25 PM

Ass. The bumper would look like ass

Lt1_8U 01-24-2013 06:49 PM

I agree with the above statement

WildBillyT 01-24-2013 07:06 PM

PhotoShop it first.

Fake tips or run the duals out the back. (over the axle please)

V 01-25-2013 09:03 AM

if you must delete the exhaust tips, change the whole rear bumper. the ta version is designed around tips too much to just fill the openings. The proper course of action would be to get a fitebird/formula rear bumper and add on the factoy or aftermarket ground effect rear valance. that would leave no exhaust opening and at the same time help the rear blend with the ta side skirts.

Just go with a Formula bumper...It looks better to begin with!

Mike 01-25-2013 11:07 AM

not with t/a side skirts

Thought of the formula bumper but wouldnt fit the rest of the car. I tryed looking on the web but no luck. Never used photo shop before. Basically wouldnt it look like a camaro bumper but little longer?

WildBillyT 01-25-2013 03:07 PM

Post a pic, I'll do it.

V 01-25-2013 04:35 PM

Anyone have a pic of the Firebird / Formula bumper on a car with the TA side skirts? With or without the rear GFX?
