cell phone ticket
 

i got a ticket for driving while on the phone last night up at spring valley, i guess its a primary violation in new york not like new jerseys secondary. anyway i got the ticket but they dont bother to tell you how much it is, anybody know??

Yea, it is a primary in NY, but I dunno how much it is. Is there a website to pay it on like in NJ?

Best bet would be to call whatever number you can find on the ticket for more information. I believe its Illegal in all of NY unlike in Jersey it can vary between towns. But you probably know that now.

BTW, what happened at the rest stop last night? People were walking by and telling us to leave cause the cops were blocking off the exits? And when we went back to Spring Valley, all of SV's finest were sitting in the lot still :?:

good thing they didnt give me a ticket for that, i was on the phone with alex when i went past SV and saw the cops in the lot :lol:

Sundays are starin to suck again liek last year the cops are out of hand.... my buddy also got pulled over in DD for no head light and the cop said " you are getting a ticket and i am goin to make you come back up here to pay it.'' Let alone he was pulled out of the car and after an hour he got 4 tickets!

Yea i heard they were goin to block the lot off too.... so i got out of there! But i dont no what they can say it is a REST STOP..... we were all resting :roll:
