Just wanted to post another reminder about the Firebird Lawn Shown coming up in Saratoga Springs NY on July 9th. I know its a ride, but its well worth it. Well In order to get there at a reasonable time, Its best if we leave about 7am Saturday, at least from my area. I was going to meet up with Mike (the guy at florham park show with the SUPERLOPE cam) on the NY Thruway since he's up that way. We can make arrangements for us to meet and then meet up there. Since you're already west of me its prolly best to meet up on 287 in ramsey or just over NY State line. We'll all be in contact on Thursday night with CELL info so we can keep in touch. Watch this link and I'll send PM as follow up. Later.

All Firebird Show 2005 POSTPONED UNTIL RAIN DATE SUNDAY July 10, 2005: We are sorry for any inconvenience this may present to our Special Olympics athletes, our Firebird participants, our local sheriffs and police, and our valued sponsors. Unfortunately the weather for Saturday looks like rain in the morning and afternoon. The current weather forecast for Sunday is excellent. We know many of you from CT, MA, NJ, VT, VA, and Canada have plans and reservations to come in on Friday night and we apologize for changing the show date. Most of you are bringing many wonderful cars and don’t want to deal with road spray, etc. We understand. Therefore with much consideration and with much agony we are declaring the Rain Date in effect. The show will now happen on Sunday July 10,2005 at the same time and place. We hope you all be able to come and enjoy the show. We are sorry that the Friday night gathering at Locust Gove Motel is now cancelled. There is no need to reply to this message. If you are unable to attend we understand. Just know that we will give you the best All Firebird show in the Northeast on Sunday July 10 with Cruise to Memory Lane immediately following the show. We truly thank all of you for your support, Tom & Sandy Smith (event organizer)

Oh well. There goes that.

I have family obligation on Sunday so I guess I'm waiting tioll next year to go. Damn....
