Draining Gasoline

Whats the easiest method of draining old gasoline from a tank? No, the car doesn't run so I cant just drive it around until it dies, and I really dont want to siphon the gase with a garden hose.

I've disconected the lines and injectors from the TBI, so the pressure was released. Do I just disconnect another line somewhere closer to the tank and drain it into some container? Is there a drain plug in the tank? I haven't looked at it yet, just need to find a few ways of getting rid of old gasoline.

Thanks.
