hmm...the SS hood is nicer than my stock hood though

Yea, but he's getting the money to buy a 'glass SS hood from a shipping insurance claim. He can get your stock hood much cheaper, and have several hundred bucks to spend on mods that will make his car faster, rather than just look cooler.

this is true - my hood has fresh black paint on it - the only thing, not really a bad thing, but i had hood pins installed with that hood but i have the accessories for it so i mean, its still perfect - but yea - i'd prolly only ask like 140 bucks for the hood because shipping will be a bitch - althouh, chances are we are all within driving distance so shipping wouldnt be a problem - anyways, thats the deal with the hood - im sure the SS hood has to cost at least 600 bucks not to mention being painted, but im just guessing - could prolly get nice throttle body, or exhaust n headers and cold air intake or chip - i mean, a bunch of **** instead of getting the SS hood...
