North Jersey Meet????
 

hey gang,
has anyone contacted any of the restaurants in question about having a meet towards the end of september yet?
we really need to get this locked in with in the next week or so. that way we have time to get the word out so that everyoen can plan to attend.
when contacting places:
must have good parking, must be open to all ages, must be able to set seating/section aside for us together.
what they will want to know:
we have never had any incidents at a meet, we generally bring about 30 people and 20 or so cars, we tip well ;), we are a 570+ member club
if anyone has any questions let me know and i will be happy to help.

I was out by the jose tejas in Fairfeild that pat was talking about. They have a Ginormous parking lot right next door, that you can see from inside. I figure sometime someone can go over their, get a general idea on the menu and go from their. I wouldnt mind going there for a meet. Change of scenery & menu selection.

I supposed I'll make an appearance with Tsar. 8)

we need more than jsut an idea of menu. we need to let them know we are planning to show up.
someone take a cruise over there and talk to the manager. plan some time towards teh end of the month, last weekend, sat or sun would be good.

Yeah...but how many are actually active? :wink:

about 100 avg 1+ posts per day which would be my definition of active...at least coming here to make one post per day.

Well, since 98% of North Jersians never want to take a cruise to the CENTER of the NORTH... I guess I'll give Olive Garden and Maggie's (both in the Rockaway Townsquare Mall) a call and see if its ok. Thats just my 2 cents.

The center of the north... is the northeast :lol:

Rockaway sounds like a nice ride to me...

Agreed. Â*Real Italians don't eat at Olive Garden. It's bad luck for us.
