Well it appears I'll be soon taking ownership of grandmastercow's(eric) 98 v6 camaro...hopefully everything will go smoothly & I'll have it by this weekend. I have no clue at this point what is in store for the car...hopefully after thirsty thursday I'll have a better Idea of what to do with the car since peer pressure will end up kicking in. The car needs some love but overall its not in horrible shape. Now just a matter of getting it drivable :lol: Thanks again Eric :D

put the auto back in it and see what a full bolt on auto car can do :)
then take out the power adder record with a turbo on the stock motor.

i dunno...I'd rather have the 5 speed in it...If it works great if not I have no problem going back to the automatic. Im sure craig & I will talk tonight about the fate of that tranny and/or what I can do about it.

for teh sake of keeping it simple and doing everythign right the first time i woudl say drop teh auto back in it for now.
take teh 5spd set up and beef it up a bit, upgrade clutch/flywhel/rebuild. then install it as a complete system.
that way you know that everything is teh way you need it to use the car the you want. it will be a little more money than jsut dropping it in, but it will pay off when you don't ahve to pull it in a few months cause you put huge boost/shot on it and fraggeed a stock trans
