EGR FIXED LEAK!
ever since i got my headers installed on my 3.8L my EGR has been leaking and ticking and i don't know of any ways that will permanently fix it...any suggestions?

if the gasket surface wasn't cleaned right the new gasket prolly isn't seating correctly.
get yourself a new gasket for the EGR pipe and smear a little bit of copper permatex on it to ensure a proper seal. later tim |

any gm dealership, gmpartsdirect.com...maybe autozone or advanced auto but they are a toss up.

just get rid of the
EGR, there are plenty of 3.8ers that do it. get a block off plate and some RTV and go at it. have a nice day im goin to work |
