Got me a new spoiler!

GET THE **** OUT OF HERE!

I picked up an 98+ SS Spoiler for $50, all I need is a third brake light and it to get painted. I'll do a test-fit tommorow. I left it outside and it got covered in leaves and dust.

On top of the stock spoiler for comparison.

This concludes about 75% of the apperance mods I want done. Only things left are the berger panel and tinted windows.

why bother with changing spoilers?

2001orangess 11-10-2005 04:25 PM

i would have to smack you if you got the 1st spoiler.

imo, the stock z28 spoiler looks to plan, i would have done the same thing

12secondv6 11-10-2005 04:27 PM

But you don't have an SS?

i gotta go with alex on this one. the stock. flat spoiler is a bit plain. 4th gen camaro's look a lot better with the ss spoiler.
besides, have you see his 60ft's? he needs all the down force he can get :D

did you honestly think i would make it through this post without taking the cheap shot that was jsut sitting there? :D

Haha its all good because your backing me up!

It doesnt matter if my car isnt an SS or not, its an apperance enhancement. Its not like Im putting SS badges on my car

Savage_Messiah 11-10-2005 05:45 PM

put it on double decker like the last picture!!!! unpainted too!!!!

JPiZZiJP 11-11-2005 01:44 PM

Alex,

I think the SS spoiler will look good on your car.

Ian 11-11-2005 05:35 PM

BigAls87Z28 11-12-2005 12:44 AM

Did that come with a bottle of VTEC cleaner?

Another vote for teh double decker, unpainted version. Just zip tie that mofo down. ULtImAt3 CAm3ro!!

Savage_Messiah 11-12-2005 02:18 AM

Noah, I too like the look of the "duck tail" style itself, but having seen it on many 4th gens I have to say it doesn't quite work

ryanfx 11-12-2005 12:11 PM

the SS spoiler adds 5 horsepower (to the wheels).. why woudln't you?

35thls1ss19 11-12-2005 07:25 PM
