Quick Opinion Q&A
I want to put my front lisence plate back on the front of my car for the winter and I just wanted to see what other people think looks better. BTW Its a New Jersey state law to have the front lisence plate on the bumper, so no one cant say "no front plate, or stick it in the window"...
Center: http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...ew1003copy.jpg Right: http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...5/New1003r.jpg Left: http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...5/New1003l.jpg I like the lower corner look, possibly the left side. |
The middle, with the oe mount, IMO
|
i would go with lower right, only because that is the tradition placement on older GM cars taht didn't have a center bracket for a front plate
but make a bracket for it that bolts in underneath so you dont' have holes in teh bumper cover and it can be easily removed for shows. |
Yep, thats the Idea Tim! I have a ****load of nice aluminum to use for it as well, I just couldnt make up my mind, I was going for that European/Chin mount look no matter what. Its also going to double as front lip protector.

I'd get a bracket from the dealer, ebay or whatever, and slap it on. |

Ive seen peope have them mounted on their Air Dam (on imports tho  )
Just go with the center OEM setup, its standard and looks alot cleaner. |
Just don't drill holes
|
middle
|
on the side would look just wrong.
Noah... Paul (smokingSS) had that on his car for a while lol |
unless you got a fmic, middle will do
|
on the roof!
|
I would say do it in the middle, but make a mount like the one that SLP sells.

its illegal to put it on the right, youll probably get pulled over just as much if it were in your window
|
