BoneHead Performance in Morrisville, PA.

Guy has a website (www.boneheadperformance.com)

Bonehead Performance
63 N. Pennsylvania Ave. (Rear Bldg.)
Morrisville, PA 19067

He's literally a 5 minute walk away. Has been doing mostly import stuff, but he mentioned wanting to branch out in to the domestic area.

Here's the link for his powdercoating pricing....

Hope this helps...

Prices don't seem that bad, nice find!

powdercoatings not rediculously expensive. It only cost a few hundred bucks to have my entire chassis done. I don't remember the name of the place i went to though, somewhere in PA, near easton probably.

I know it's no help right now, but I'll have an oven large enough for wheels in the late spring/early summer.....for now I can do smaller parts like pulleys, brackets, suspension parts, etc.
