or...his insurance = freshly painted bumper for free

i was at my moms apartment, when i heard my alarm going off (GM honking alarm) so im like...wtf. i look out the window and theres a guy parked in a parking spot with his Silverado running, but i thought maybe just him driving past the car set it off....sometimes it does that. next thing i know someone is going door to door asking whose car it is...then i walked outside when i overheard that. soooooooo pissed right now

deadtrend1 01-17-2006 06:55 PM

wow, he actually took the time to find out who owned it? Surprised he didnt take off....

Savage_Messiah 01-17-2006 07:24 PM

I know the feeling far too well, that sucks but atleast its being taken care of

trashman01 01-17-2006 07:32 PM

i thought it was a hit and run

slasherbarb 01-17-2006 07:36 PM

at least the guy who hit you fessed up to it...and didnt damn near kill you...

GP99GT 01-17-2006 07:47 PM

well he lives in the apartments that i was at, so he probably figured he has to come back sooner or later.

WayFast84 01-17-2006 07:54 PM

Damn man that sucks! at least it wasnt hit and run like my freinds freshly re painted mercedes...

Firebird67dude 01-17-2006 07:57 PM

Damn. atleast he had the common decency to look for whos car it was.

GP99GT 01-17-2006 09:49 PM

no but its still insurance fraud. i say do it though. first get the check before you do anything drastic. once you got the money, worst come to worst you get the thing replaced. or, save the money and get a tune :)

WayFast84 01-17-2006 10:05 PM

in the end, most of us still need to get to work and school so a reliable car is quite crucial actually.

when you get older...and have a job...and bills to pay...youll understand

till then, no suggestions from you

not to mention after the motor swap my GP will be faster than a $3k first gen

unstable bob gable 01-17-2006 10:58 PM

Pocket the bux and try your hand at body work. Ya can't make it any worse, and ya might make it a lot better!

maroman88 01-17-2006 11:24 PM
