i must say these playoffs were the worst playoffs in a long time
none of the games were really good at all...i think they all bored me

BigAls87Z28 02-05-2006 09:44 PM

I think this is the first time the MVP of the winning team WASNT a Quaterback. That double reverse option sealed that deal.
Great battle between the two. Seahawks deffinatly came out wanting to play. They did not capitalize on turn overs and other gifts and some tough calls really killed the Hawks.
All in all it was a good battle.

I laughed so hard when the Seattle receiver didnt get out of bounds on 3rd down on the 2nd to last play ... LMAO that was game right there. Good job by the Steelers, and Ward earned that MVP award.

Otis Anderson won MVP when the Giants won Super Bowl XXV.

i actually thought big ben was the mvp.. but ward still played awesome too so good call on that.

it really was a great game. seattle a few chances to come back and make it a close one, but just couldnt finish a drive. they screwed up the end of both halves with time and really sorta were their own enemy. even with that one TD overruled in their favor, they still wouldnt have had enough points.

deion branch won last year, emmit won it, terrell davis won it, many others

I always respected their coach and their owner. They kept him even during the "lean" years. I am very happy for them and their fans.

BigAls87Z28 02-06-2006 01:09 PM

The FIRST Super Bowl. Troy Akieman won 27, Emitt won 28.
If its in a series usualy the QB wins because he is the capt of the field for the offense.
