when u guys wanna go 2 da track? i checked out island in hacketstown n its $25 bux 2 race on friday nights n $8 bux 2 get in and watch wit a student id. its a lil far i think exit 19 off of 80 but not 2 bad. wut u guys think?

Friday nights at Island dont start untill the end of the month. I dont mind waiting alittle bit, but any sunday is fine with me as well.

most of us are usually there once the weather warms up on friday nights and sundays.

you'll see lots of posts come up for a group going to the track and cars shows once the season is in full swing.

cabin fever is starting to wear off...

just so you know to I'm pretty sure island is in Great Meadows not hacketstown.

Ill be making more appearances at island this year, mostly on Sundays.

From NYC: Rt 80 west to exit 19. Bottom of ramp make left. Go approximately 6 miles into Hackettstown, make a right onto Rt. 46 West (Main St.) and follow for approx. 7 miles. Entrance to the track will be on the right hand side, just past Cannonball's Go-Go.

Fri 7: Street legal 6pm-10:30pm this is the 1st friday

its clean, track personal are friendly as long as you dont drive like an ass in the pits..and on sundays you always get a ton of runs in..

we're in march. not april. april 7th is a friday.

march 31st is the first friday night. It's also free racing with a pit pass purchase.. which means essentially $10 race or watch, no student discounts though.

I'll double check the $10 in the morning. I'm still catching up on the website because of exams this week, so the prices are still up from last year. I don't think they've been changed though.

EDIT: The town is Great Meadows. You go through Hackettstown to get there.
