Good luck man. My friend had it done about a month ago and loves the results. I want to get it in a few year. Only problem I have is my night vision is horrible and laser eye surgery will make is slightly worse.

That's the same reason I haven't gotten it done. My night vision is really bad and I hear the surgery gives even more of a star effect. Plus, I'm so used to my glasses for protection that I think I would end up poking my eyes on branches or something else stupid. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

ps - please don't drive down my road the next couple of days!

Good luck man let me know the results, I have contemplated doing it however the cost involved and the ease of my contacts keep me from doing it right now.

Good luck! My GF had it done last year and she says it's the best thing she ever did.

Wow, I never heard that the surgery messes with your night vision before. How does it affect it?

I had it done 1.5 years ago. Love it! I see no difference in night vision now than when I wore contacts all the time. Keep your eyes lubricated as instructed and you'll have no problems. Last check up I still had 20/15, going from 20/60 and 20/70 I think (I no longer remember).

Dad also had it doen just in one eye (he was 20/400 and 20/40). He's now about 20/20 or 20/30 in both.

good luck. I never considered surgery, just my personal preference. Legally im required to wear glasses to drive, but thats the only time i use them. When i drove for work, i didnt use them. Now i'm still using my prescription from 2001 with no problems, and since i never really use my glasses outside my car(maybe my Rx sunglasses sometimes during the summer) its not worth the cost of the procedure.

Your eyes will be like that for a couple of days, although much better by tonight/early tomorrow. Keep putting any and all drops as they told you. And try not to strain your eyes. You prolly wanna see how well you can see now, but it doesn't help the healing process.

I got mine done too.

Ask for the X-Rated option. I can see through clothing ;)

Brando56894 03-09-2006 07:55 PM

95firebirdconvertible 03-09-2006 08:39 PM
