tr6's in mine but i a, spraying. And as far as oil i woild go with "greman" castrol 0w 30. A guy by the name a pacman on ls1tech test oil and this has been alot better then mobile 1. I have been useing it for the last year or so. Make sure on the back it says made in germany.

NGK TR55-IX Iridium plugs gapped at .055" along with the Red AC Delco Z06 wires at 50 bucks a set , They only come in red for some reason but they are a thicker mm than the standard Delco"s and better quality plus they still let you use the factory heat sheilds

I run tr6's gapped at .028. I'm thinking about going to ar103's ,though.

No LS1 but TR55's as well here

TR55's is pretty much the standard for an n/a engine. If you change the oil every 3K miles, the expensive oils are a waste of money. I've seen all the research on ls1tech lol. Mobil1 is fine.

another one here with TR55's... but only like 2 miles on them... ls1 go pop.
