Let me just say....
 
That after removing the AC compressor, and the iron exhaust manifolds, that my 72 just lost a "Koll" off the front end.
Actualy, after I removed the AC compressor, the driver side actualy raised up in the air higher then the pass side....thats a huge bitch.
Anyway, headers are going in maybe tomorrow night, and then im gunna start that bad mamma jamma up, open LT headers style!! OH YEAH!!

Yeah,ac is so overrated. I pulled the compressor off the LT1 that was in my 68. I never use AC in my 4Runner unless I get caught in a sudden downpour and the windows fog up. So how hard is it to reach that last header bolt on the passenger side with the AC suitcase on the firewall? It was a huge PITA on my 68.

It was hard, but not that hard. Remember...Im used to working on a third gen.
