What classic car are you inspecting and why? If you get the QQ plates there is no inspection.

:stupid:
Do you have QQ plates on the car in question? - Justin |
From what I understand, the only thing that will be checked is the odometer reading. If it's registered as a collector or historic vehicle it's automatically inspection exempt. You just go to the "retest" line and the inspector will record your mileage and maybe ask you to drive around to make sure it's working and then give you your triangle sticker. I'll be doing this in about a week or two so I'll let you know how it goes. I don't have any tints yet but my brake lights and blinkers don't work so we'll see.

Don't take it off, just roll up with the windows down on a nice day if you think they are gonna give you any crap for it.
