Hell, just grab it by the neck and spin it until the head pops off if you can catch it. Done it with chickens.

does it work on Jive Turkeys??

when it comes at you, kick it in the head. there are two possible result, 1: you kill it and it doesn't bother you again, 2: it is still unaware that can kill it and you get to repeat teh process.
either way it is fun for all who attend

no cause If i killed it id be fired, but if some bow just magically took its head off, nothing can happen to me :)

I just tried talking to a wild turkey behind my dorm... it didn't respond.
