Broke ANOTHER rear yesterday was at our track here and cut a 1.51 60 ft and the rear broke....it was a 1/8th mile track so i ran a 7.52 which with my car would be around a 11.40 in the 1/4..... hopefully ordering the 12 bolt some time this week and should be able to launch the stall at 3800 instead of 2500 cause i was afraid i was gonna break something heres the video of my run b4 it broke http://videos.streetfire.net/video/5...1f5d9ee5c9.htm |

thats about where im at right now.... but everyone tells me the ford 9" slows you down a lil.... and i am putting a spool in it |
some people are running single digits with 12 bolts. you have an auto so the extra weight will just kill you 12 bolt ftw |
if your goin with a spool you will be fine with a 12 bolt and save on weight |
dana 60 and never worry about the rear again lol |
lol at the dana........ i got a price on one with the spool of 1950 + shipping, im still waiting on a few other quotes to get back to me |
i went through 4 10 bolts before switching to the 9" in my 93 Formula M6 i'm gonna go 12 bolt this time around in the 98. good luck with the new rear8) |
