yes ill have all of that, its bored.30

project89 06-22-2006 11:15 PM

well if the bores dont need to be cleaned up and u have all the parts, its just a matter of the labor cost to assemble it

WayFast84 06-23-2006 07:34 PM

Maybe, I know I said I dont want to worry about the car for another year or so, but what would it cost to have a motor built. 350 forged pistons, rods and cast crank?

project89 06-23-2006 07:40 PM

well u dont have a block or cyl heads, als u have is an intake and a useable cam.Pistions, rings, bearings, gaskets, oil pump will run about 500 for a speedpro/trw kit.add in the cost of a block+any machine work, and ur still gonna need a set of heads, and whatever work needs to freshen up a set of heads,ur looking at 1,500-2,000+ to build a very mild 350 only cause u dont have a rebuildable 350 core, and if ur gonna use the stock crank u might as well just use hyperetic pistions.
