heavy_chevy29 07-08-2006 02:26 PM

i usually run 93. but i just put cam2(100) in it today. i think im going to use that stuff more often. the only down side to cam2 is the price, $6 a gallon. the place i get the cam2 from also sells 119 octane leaded gas for $6.50 a gallon. i havent tried that

GP99GT 07-08-2006 02:59 PM

93 for me...from brand name stations. seems to run like crap on any others

12secondv6 07-08-2006 03:21 PM

Depends on the car I'm driving.

Benz - 93
Neon - 87
Bird - 93 N/A
Elentra - 87
Bird on the bottle 94 - 100

BonzoHansen 07-08-2006 03:54 PM

The DD get regular. The 77 has gotten 1 tank of super since I've owned it. My 82 TA needed super or the knock sensor got pissed.

BlackBADaSS02 07-08-2006 04:22 PM

I always run super in my car.

misterjuice 07-08-2006 04:42 PM

BigAls87Z28 07-09-2006 11:11 AM

Maxx- Regular
the RS's last tank was 93 from Sunoco
Bronco...well...45 gallon tank, have yet to need to fill it up. :)
Sunoco, Mobil, Exxon..thats it.

PBodyGT87 07-09-2006 11:13 AM

Fiero on the regular. 60 degree FTW!

Though, I'm curious as to how it would react to a higher octane...

sunocco still has 94 around?

BigAls87Z28 07-09-2006 11:44 AM

Some still have 100. I filled up with that ONCE on the 87. I think it was 3.00 a gallon...thats how long ago it was. I think regular was at 1.25. I had the timing so far advanced to take advantage of it. Ultra 100, had its own special pump, color yellow.
Sunoco by me has 94. Used to fill the 87 when I went to Englishtown with 94, advance it to about 14* or just till the computer said nu-uh.

bad64chevelle 07-09-2006 12:21 PM

Chevelle 93
Camaro 93
Ram-Dunno yet I got half a tank of gas with it, but will run regular.
