94 LT1 Tune Software?

Where do i have to go get a program to tune my 94. No one seems to know, even asked a speed shop the other day. They tell me to go get a handheld programmer, but thats not what i want. I want a laptop programmable tune software. I know it exists, i just cant find it. I e-mailed hptuner.com and they dont even support it. But they sent this link www.tunercat.com/ . But im confused as hell when it comes to that website. Any knowledge would be helpful. Thanks
