looking for one of two things
A 67-69 z28, looking to spend no more then a grand and, or a 70-73 nova/nova ss, and must be a 2dr and also looking to spend no more then a grand. Figure i would give it a shot on here, thanks in advance.

Unless you get real lucky (which can happen) or have a way-back machine, you are not touching a 1st gen for $1k. We're seeing shells with good vin & cowl tags going past $2k, and a lot higher if it is a special car.
The Nova is a more realistic goal. I take it you are ready for lot of body work? |
i bought my 69 camaro for 500

You'll need it when you have to replace almost all the sheet metal. :)

You will be working with metal beyond your wildest dreams if you find a First gen Z under $1000. |
Yeah I agree best bet would be finding a grocery getter Nova from some old lady thats got like a 307 with a 2barrel and being all like "Wo a thousand bucks". That always works :p .

Yes, because he has no cowl tag....

But not that it matters much for a '68 anyway... |
the price of cars is getting outrageous. The amount of money people are getting for "junk" has gone through the roof, and finding a good "Deal" is getting harder and harder to do. I will keep my eyes out, once in a while I find stuff for really good prices. I know of a really bad shape 67 that I can probably get you for next to nothing, but its really really bad. If you are interested in earlier year Novas I may be able to help you out...
