HELP! WHAT DO I DO!

So I bought a TB from someone on LS1 Tech from a 1999 3.8L Camaro. I get the part and it is a cable TB not a electronic one like a 1999+ models should be. I PM him telling him this is not what I need and that it's not from a 1999 camaro and i stated that i want a refund. He messages me back saying YES it is from a 1999 camaro and NO he will not give a refund if i send it back. So I paid him through paypal, is there anyway i can get the money back??? I really just started using paypal so i do not know if theres ways to file complaints or something. What should I do? thanks

wasnt 99 the change over year where some where ETC some were cable? Did you ask if it was a cable or ETC version when you made your purchase? Or did you just ask "is it off a 99?" if you didnt ask specifics your screwed.

Good luck
Bill

Yes, you can file a complaint with paypal.

Also, can you take a pic of the TB you got, and a pic of yours for comparison purposes?

i would say worst case scenario is re post it for sale.. even if you take a slight hit on it, take it as a lesson learned and move on. if you bought it there's probably other people looking as well..
