Finally got the T/A back on the road

Got her back on the road finally after a 4 month breakage vacation. I drove it 2 miles to the gas station/convenient store and while chilling outside with friends I got asked to run a black 87 regal. lol I still had the hoosiers on the back. I told him when I get the car back to 100% and broken in I'll run him.

I got used to driving the vette and now the T/A feels so wierd to drive lol. It follows the ruts in the road like it's the new hotness. Anyways, today was the first day I started it with the cut-out open.......holy crap all I have to say is DAMN. I forgot how loud/bad ass it sounded. So you know after I let it warm up I revved it to 6k lol. Yeah that was for the next door neighbors' dogs that always bark at us while we are outside in our driveway.

The T/A isn't going to hit the track until next fall though. I have a few things I need to iron out, and I want to have it paid off by august-september. After that it's on like donkey kong lol.

Latest additions
Rossler stage 3 4L60 w/trans brake
Vigalante 4400 stall
Line lock
trans brake switch

Coming soon for next fall
driveshaft
DMH 3 inch electric cut-out(because my QTP has given me way too many problems)
Possible new torque arm(chromoly/not mounted to the trans.)

Forged shortblock, heads/cam, and your typical supporting bolt-ons. Well that's the short version ;)

Thanks. Good luck on finding what you want. I need to have one of my friends do a walk-around of my car running then revving from behind so I can post it. :)

I'll have to give ya a ride when she's all done. I have a set of ported heads that a friend did for me along with a 242 cam.

She might be up there for moral support for some friends, but I won't be racing until next fall
