Screw the hi-rise... go with a ducktail spoiler. Will make that car twice as badass... Then u need to paint the car and sell it to me :-D

band77one 11-20-2006 04:16 PM

**** the duck! its made from a mold and it does not line up correctly it drives me nuts.

but ill sell it to ya after paint. 10g's =D

Edit: If I ever got a black thirdgen camaro... first mods would be blackouts and that spoiler. Badass IMO

V 11-20-2006 04:40 PM

hmm, maybe that spoiler for my 85...

Knipps 11-20-2006 04:47 PM

looks sharp
definitely badass

maroman88 11-20-2006 05:23 PM

i looked at that spoiler but its only good for years with the high mount third brake light. an 88, like mine, has the brake light in the spoiler and the duck tail spoiler doesnt have it. also the years with the 3rd brake light in the spoiler, the spoiler is a different size then non-3rd brake light years

IROCZman15 11-20-2006 08:08 PM

pretty good lookin car !

whats the motor/driveline specs? suspension?

band77one 11-20-2006 10:28 PM

well, the high rise duck spoiler is i beleive around 300-400 dollars, thats crazy for a +3 inches to stock one. i got the high rise for 106 and change with shipping.

my car specs are 305TPI/700r4 tranny.
Fiberglass ram air hood/functional airbox setup
throttle body airfoil
hooker headers/y pipe
high flow cat
flowmaster muffler.

IROCZman15 11-27-2006 08:58 PM

cool man, how are you running the ram air hood with a functioning box on the TPI, .. like what did you use to make the box, and how is it hooked up to the throttle body?

88BluBird 11-28-2006 08:53 AM

Nice Ride!Love the exhaust tips!

band77one 11-28-2006 09:22 PM

to madman, they make a box that fits directly behind the radiator that you bolt on, buy a 1998-02 ribbed thing that attaches to the throttle body, and thats how it goes on, ill get some pics up soon, ill be posting a few new pictures as well with my highrise spoiler on now.

Extra inches always matter!! Especially to chicks :-D

But the high rise is so common tho... someone i knew back in high school had a white iroc w/a cowl hood and that ducktail fin. That was THEE Sexiest thirdgen known to mankind IMO. I seen them go in the low 200's.

band77one 12-02-2006 09:49 PM

mine is the second one ive ever seen on a thirdgen in SJ lol so i dont know about the whole common thing
