external hard drive question
 

Does anybody have one, 10 gigs or larger, that they either want to sell or would be willing to lend me? I would be using it to copy files off of my current laptop drive, onto the new drive (should be here weds or so), and then delete the files off the external. Let me know via reply or PM... thanks.

edit: I only have USB 1.1, no USB 2 here

i'm currently trying to get my hands on a decent one, staples had one on sale on black friday 400GB for $99

find anyone that will lend you their ipod. they can be used as external hd's and most have 20 gigs or more of space. mine doesnt have a usb adapter, just firewire or i'd say you could use it. currently my external drive has a permissions issue :(

i dont think they sell anything less then 40 or 60gb anymore

well im saying thats my minimum... most of the ones i see for sale now are usb 2 so yea
