r these the wrong size for my car

guys my camaro has a 305 stock with 373 in the rear on 16inch tires...i am wanting to buy this set of tires off this dude he has a set taht r 15 inch rims...he has a set of drag tires on them ther r 28x10-15..do u guys think this would hurt me too use them or would it be okay...

that size will fit easily enough, but it is way more tire than your car needs. spend the money on a good torque arm instead. it is more appropriate to the power level you are at right now.

the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.

hope your parents didn't come across it

1: it is spelled Edelbrock
2: is there a reason you you say that?
3: what personal experiences do you have with Edelbrock products?

Nah, it was on a persons aim profile, im talking about the thread on the camaro website with the gay link in it.

edit
there was a thread on tgo, with a person and his snapped tq arm, and tons of other people posted about their edelbrock tq arms too

NJSPEEDER 01-09-2007 07:47 PM

tons of people have broken them or tons heard about it?
edelbrock TA's are made in the same factory as the slp and random tech ones. so i would not take one person breaking one as a sign that they are all bad. i have read stories of people breaking jsut about eveyr brand of ta's at different times adn more often than not it had more to do with abuse and wear than any defect in the product

slasherbarb 01-10-2007 07:26 PM

Yeah i agree with the torque arm thing...sounds like the best mod for your car at the moment...

PS- wayfast talking about what's gay and what's not is like me giving people dieting advice...doesn't work, does it?

Kid Racer 01-10-2007 08:04 PM
