I just found them on the bottom of the summit box. :lol:

they look like the plugs that some intakes come with to close up the extra ports that aren't being used.

what was originally in the summit box? Confusious say, to know where you going, sometimes must retrace steps....

thats probably it, I had a intake,cam,distributor. Im not good at pics. sorry

It could be block plugs for the cam galleys as well. Hard to tell without seeing them in person.
