interested in these 2 items, would these wheels fit on a 15x3.5'' rim?, and is the gauge an underhood gauge..or the kind you can mount inside the car?

those tires will fit on 3.5 rims.
the gauges can be mounted under the hood or in the car as long as an isolator is used.

yes i am close to the turn pike i can meet at the quakertown exit, ft washington exit or lansdale exit.
