its written as a clause to the rules:
"new job super happy fun dance automatically gives you full pardon for any language deemed unappropiate, foul, obscene or just plain rude. If not doing new job super happy fun dance, then no poopie language is allowed"

I'm going to be offered a position as Police Dispatcher...i've had the application in for at least a year now and just recently got asked to fill out the background packet and i got the unofficial word today that i'll be hired. definately not going to be much of a future with safety-kleen as opposed to what i can do at a police department
