Leftist activists who march to the Pentagon next month will discover that their path won't be as clear as it has been in the past.

The group, led by Cindy Sheehan, Jane Fonda, Ramsey Clark and their ilk, plan to gather March 17 at the ( Vietnam Memorial Wall ) to begin a march to protest America's involvement in the Iraq war. The date marks the fourth anniversary of the war's beginning.

This time, however, protestors will see objectors if they spit at Iraqi veterans again, or throw paint on VNV war memorial . i guess the liberal news forgot to print that fact, This time, they will encounter a buzz saw of Vietnam veterans and supporters who will gather to protect the Wall, and show their support for U.S. troops. The counter-protestors are calling themselves the Gathering of Eagles.

I believe desecreation of a national monument is a federal offense.

stand in their way, hurl some mean spirited words, but do not harm or threaten them. it only makes them more news worthy for being "victims" of "warmongers".

i would happily march for or against any of the causes i believe in, but i will never intentionally disrespect anyone is has or is serving in our military. i have too much respect for someone who is willing to lay down their life for my freedom to go there.

personall, i am opposed to war in general, i believe it to be a horrible way to resolve problems. i am willing to bet that the protesters marching AND every soldier in the world would agree with me.

they still need a public beating.........cindy sheehan is a disgrace to every parent who lost a son or daughter. She should have been bitchslapped a long time ago and fonda should have been tried and shot for treason back in the 60's. This country is at war, like it or not. The reason we haven't won this war yet is because of people like sheehan and her cronies running around undermining everything. It is vietnam all over again and unfortunately our troops are going to get the rug pulled out from under them in the coming months. Again, the USA will appear weak and useless in the eyes of the world and our enemies because of left wing crackpots drinking cool aid by the pool. I just get a little edgy when I see jetliners flying into skyscrapers...or did we all forget about that like the liberals want us to?

LOL...I am not a vietnam vet so I would feel funny defending the wall when I never served. I wanted to enlist back in '70 but my mother wouldn't sign the papers. (I was only 5 at the time) LOL. She told me I needed to concentrate more on my 1st grade math than shooting guns. I won't be going to DC but I sure will be watching and listening....this should be good. I wonder what will happen when the first can of spray paint comes out.
