iamsickofitall 03-04-2007 12:45 PM

that's pretty sweet

Fast92RS 03-04-2007 12:51 PM

cool. you can follow the trail back to were the missile took off from..

Ian 03-04-2007 12:57 PM

do they have 2 motors or one? looks like 2 vapor trails with google earth

Ian 03-04-2007 01:26 PM

the vapor trails are not from the rocket, they are from the fins cutting through the air. its the same thing as when you see two trails coming off the very tips of fighter plane wings.

GP99GT 03-04-2007 01:54 PM

you cant really follow to where it started, cause 1 the trail disappears, and 2 they are GPS guided. it couldve turned 1 degree and it would be way off from where it started probably, since they have over a 600 mile range.

wikipedia ftw

bubba428 03-04-2007 01:54 PM

anytime :)

transamkid 03-04-2007 03:46 PM

looks like a missle, and if you look up and to the right a lil bit, what is that, a previous explosion maybe?

looks like the tomahawk's shadow to me.

DieselKickYoAss4Sure 03-04-2007 04:16 PM

what were they doing launching that thing??????????????????????????????

79CamaroDiva 03-04-2007 04:33 PM

what were you doing looking somewhere in utah anyhow?

Rafterman 03-04-2007 05:26 PM

i can see the wings. i looks like a plane, with dual engines on each side

Ian 03-04-2007 07:25 PM

they launch those things all the time to test them and make sure they fly properly and to make sure the operators can zero in a missle correctly. Those test missles dont carry any real payload either, just enough to blow themselves up. what better place to fire tomahawks than the middle of nowhere?

and its not a plane, a plane would have a much bigger wingspan. I dont know where you're seeing two engines either.

Koll 03-04-2007 09:17 PM

Christ. Its a plane. White body, black wings.
Next time post a link too, tard
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...m=1&iwloc=addr

i can't believe there are people who still think it's a missile read the f***ing digg thread retards

Ian 03-04-2007 09:29 PM

huh, well look at that. I've never seen a plane with black wings before.

79dizZy28 03-04-2007 09:35 PM

It did look a little big to be a missle when you compare it to houses to the south.

GP99GT 03-04-2007 11:19 PM

hey koll, how about you go f*** yourself and stop trying to be a hardass for no reason

Firebird67dude 03-05-2007 12:10 AM

It's a plane. That took off from a conveyer belt.
