Just finished up one of my winter projects.
As some of you remember, I was selling some of my paintball equipment, and after a while I decided that I wouldnt sell my original gun (My Tippmann Model 98 ) My uncle got it for me for Christmas one year, and I decided I just cant part with it. Well, after 10 years, well over 250,000 paintballs through it, and who knows how many other shots it needed *another* face lift. I had repainted it once about 6 yrs ago, and that paintjob was looking a little sad. The internals had never been changed, so I couldnt get the velocity over a measily 190 Feet Per second (usually run them around 280) so I still need to install the new valve in it and square that away. I figured that since it was modified a little, that I'd give it a face lift and make it a little more fun. I added the new stock, grips, and top rail...I polished the internals for a little smoother operation and a little gain in the rate of fire. The color is a mix between gun metal and graphite...the pics do it NO justice. Well, here they are.
