anyone know the TA aluminum support cover tq specs?
like what do i tighten the bolts to? especially those two load bolts that press against the carrier. thanks !

It's something really low. For some reason 5 ft. lbs. comes to mind. You want the bolts to just snug up against the caps without enough pressure to move or distort them. They only have to work when the axles try to pry the caps off under load. Also, FWIW, I would suggest an LPW diff girdle over the TA. The LPW has a longer thread depth on the cap for the cap-bolts to engage. I wouldn't think much of that if I hadn't actually seen a TA girdle with the threads compeletely stripped out after a launch.

26 or the outside bolts and 5 for the two that snug the bearing caps is what's coming to mind, but I believe TA's site has them somewhere.

kewl thats what i torqued em to

well WTF, my tq wrench only goes down to 10........

yeah you have to get one that reads with a gauge, not the clicker type one. Or you can get an inch-pound wrench and torque it to 60 inchpounds.
