Z06's go around corners too, they were built and tested as race cars on a race track

I'm sure they're good, but I'd like to see how they hold up against the others.

not so much. the M6 weighs about 3900 pounds and the z06 weighs about 3100 pounds. even regardless, the z06 is much more performance oriented and will beat it around corners any day. i had the pleasure of sitting in one this weekend and i must say the interior is still leaps and bounds ahead of the chevys though

the z06 will take corners just as fine as any other car.... i seen all types of track s*** where it beat lambos and ferrari;s ...

well, considering all the magazine tests and many tv shows end up asking why anyone would want to pay double for a ferrari that isn't even it's equal in performance, i would say it does jsut fine around the twisties.

I'm sure it's great, but I'd love to see a comparison to the Carrera GT, or a solid auto-cross platform.

i believe the Z06 pulled like 1.1-1.2 G's on the skidpad if i remember correctly,
and when tested at this one track, it was pullin 1.06 around corners.

I thought I remembered hearing that the C6 Z06 had the second fastest lap time around "the ring" out of any production car.

Find someone with a Z06 and I'll provide my friends Carrera GT.

carrera gt isn't considered a production car if i'm not mistaken. i was at the porsche dealer this weekend and saw no info on that car. like in the catalogs and stuff that listed all the models
