best AFPR
whats the best one for the money, i see summit has a few in the 60-70$ range and they even come with runner gaskets which i also need! im likeing the BBK or the Crane
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku again its for the 88 with the TPI swap, my pressure is a little on the low and unstable side and the stock regulator has loaaaaaads of miles on it, i think it had 150k+ from the car it came from |
I read over on thirdgen.org that the Holley one actually fits the best, and is easiest to adjust since it has a big adjuster wheel to turn. I tried the Crane one on my TPI setup, and to get the right pressure the adjuster screw was actually hitting the plenum. I wound up taking it off, and will probably buy the Holley one if it needs it.

I have read alot of bad post on thirdgen.org about holley afpr leaking. I have a bbk one and it works good, no problems.
