Help me fix my freegin car!

Ya so my car decides when it wants to do this but somtimes the idle is realy crappy. It goes rediculously low to the point where if Im at a light i need to keep some gas otherwise it will stall. But somtimes if I restart it or if i restart a few times it idles higher. IDK what the heck is goin on. Do you? Can it be O2 sensors or MAF? I have a ram air hood and flowmaster exaust with a cutout. Any suggestions?

Check the operation of your IAC valve.
