anyone ever do it?? what did you use? was it hard?? i have a few deep scratches (god knows where i got em) thanks!!

I think you may be stuck having to go to a windshield place to have them look at it.

I think the Glass Doctor drives out to your location and can fill in scratches, chips and even replace windshields in the parking lot.

Look em up online.

Joe, I asked about the same thing for removing scratches from my hatch as well and Kevin told me there is a compound cleaner with a gritty material in the paste that has very small diamond stones inside and this s*** will take out small scratches if you were to buff them out.Just like doing the paint on a car with regular compound to remove scratches and swirls. I forget the damn name of this stuff,but I will find out again because I need this stuff for my glass hatch also.:shrug:

if they're really deep scratches you probably wont be able to get them out... if they arent that deep they make quite a few polishes that will take out light stuff just check a site like autogeek.net
