how much power can a 7.5 rear with an eaton bullet proof posi and 3.73 gears handle

There is no real set limit. Some people have broken built 10 bolts with just some bolt ons, others have run them well into the 10s with no issues.

If you do all the supporting mods to the axle (weld the tubes, get a cover with a stud girdle, and maybe a brace for the axle tubes) then it should last a while.

If you have an auto it will generally last longer than if you have a manual. Also depends on what tires you have, and how you drive.
