what motor mounts should i get for my LS1?
 
i havent really looked into this too much, but would it be safe to say that urethane motor mounts ftw?

yeah... its either that or solid. and solid seems to be too troublesome (and expensive). let me know if you need a hand, if all goes well, i'll be doing mine monday

Okay well as for poly's I had them in the Chevelle, and tonight they came out. Only about 1500-2000 miles on them, and they seemed to be sagging since the headers were hitting the crossmember. Everyone was saying that it was BS and that there was no way the car would of done that to a set of Energy Suspension Poly Motor Mounts. Well, they came out today and sure enough the driver side mount is twisted and bent pretty good! Ill try to get some detailed pics up tomorrow for you. I replaced them with a set of solids tonight but have not fired the car up because Im taking the carb to get gone over tomorrow. Ill let ya know after that too!

Yes sir! Still no go...swapping my carb off for my buddies holley to see if the problem persists. I have noticed VERY LITTLE difference in the way the car feels with these solid mounts. I like them so far! I still gotta get someone with a digital camera to take pics of the old poly mounts.
