And why I hate cars...

This has not been a good week for me cars wise, from the Caddy breaking down to crappola in AMX land. And the crappola in AMX land always makes me wanna slit my wrists. I never expect to have problems with that car, it is supposed to exist to be my toy. Take it out, play with it, put it away. Or if I do anything to it I supposed to be having fun modding it. Well, it ain't fun now.
Yesterday when I was driving it I noticed an oily smell. Then I started getting some smoke in the interior. So, I pull over, and notice tranny fluid leaking onto my exhaust. That sucks, but here is what really sux: the tranny was built by Dynotech, and Dynotech used to be next town over from me. 10 min drive, tops. Well, Dynotech ain't there anymore, they moved to FRIGGIN' LONG ISLAND! For all intents and purposes they might as well be in friggin' Siberia. And I sure as hell don't feel like trying to drive it to Long Island. And Dynotech's website still gives the NJ address and phone #, so I don't even know how to get in touch with them. I'm really up in the air as to what to do...

I hear that!

Hmmm, just did a Mapquest, and the picture looks brighter. Dynotech is only 66 miles out from me, so AAA should make the tow. Or maybe I should just Mad Max it through NYC traffic...
