dremels are the coolest tools ever. I have one with all the add ons like the drill bits, saw, polishing kit, and grinding wheels. I use that thing on everything!

can anyone recomend me a model? i have always wanted to buy one and am gonna bite the bullet and buy one tommorow.

edit: how bad would it be if i used my church's tax exempt ID number to save a few bucks? :)

Depends what you are using it for. I've got a model 750 minimite.. It's great for hobby use (model kits and miniatures) It's a 2 speed cordless and it can use any of the Dremel acessories. It's @ $20 at Lowes.
I also have the regular 5 speed corded Dremel. If you're planning on using the Dremel for anything and everything get this one. Think they're @55. I've had mine for 10 years and it still runs like a champ. Cutting,grinding,polishing,etching,drilling can all be done with it. I got an attatchment from my local hobby store that allows me to use drill bits smaller than 3/32"
