315's on my second gen
I finally got around to putting the rims on the car. drivers side fit no problem, passenger side required a little hammering. The rim hit the back of the traction bars too, so they had to come off for now.

hey hey hey, lets not get sidetracked here. the thing we're all supposed to talk about is how badass second gens are with huge steamroller tires
|
:stupid: second gen + big tires = badass
|
you need to get a picture from behind...like 10 feet behind the car
|
looks good man. what is the offset on those wheels?
btw, if the rim hit the traction bar at only one end on one side, check to make sure the bolt in cups at the front of the leaf springs are tweaked. |
Cool. Now attack that 4x4 stance. LOL
Big hoops are cool. |
killer!

The rims are 17 X 11, with 6 inches of backspacing.

Let's give 'ol unstable bob some props here...those wheels woulda been under my late, lamented, 79 T/A. I did the groundwork on 'em, and they fit like a bad azz mofo! 8-)
