AH HA! The 4th pict down explains it all...the car is wearing a Pennsyltucky plate! Those dayum Hillbillys couldn't keep their meat beaters off a perfectly good T/A! It was prolly built by Pampers Wearin' Zeke, and this guy, who is Zeke's son AND his brother!
